3 What do I use my personal data for?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Offer website: We use information to adapt the website and app to the technical equipment you use. We may also use the information to adapt the content on our website to the type of information you are interested in.
- Customer Service: We store information that you provide and receive if you contact us to provide service and manage your customer relationship.
- Statistics: We collect statistics to improve and further develop our products and services. As far as possible, we do this with anonymous information, without us knowing that the information is linked specifically to you.

4 Who do I share personal data with?
We share personal data with companies that provide technical and administrative tasks to us, such as IT providers. We have agreements with them to ensure your privacy.
We may disclose information on a case-by-case basis, to be adjudicated by public authorities, on suspicion of an offence.
We may share anonymised information with partners for example market analysis and employment development.
5 How long do I store personal data?
We store information about you for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were submitted, since we are required to store the information. The information will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer necessary to achieve the objective. Below is an overview of how long we store your information:
- Information about the use of the website: We store information about your use of our websites for up to 14 months.
- Information from the form in the website: Information from the form is stored in the provider's (Webflow) encrypted databases on AWS servers in the United States. Information is transmitted encrypted from the IP address to the servers through https. The IP address of the sender should be stored temporarily for 24 hours, as a safeguard against spam. A copy of the form will be sent to our email address and will be stored here as well. You can request deletion of the form on the server and in the email archive by contacting us.
- Information from partners: We store any information from partners for as long as you have given your consent or until they are automatically deleted. We will delete the information from email correspondence, or contact form on the website if you request it.
- Communication: We store the communication with our customer for three years, unless we need to store it longer, until adjudicated in connection with complaints or claims.
6 Your rights
You may have the right to ask us to:
- Provide you with further information about how we handle your personal data.
- Provide you with a copy of personal data about you.
- Update your personal data.
- Deleting information that we no longer have grounds to store.
- Delineate or stop processing of your information.
- Oppose automatic individual denials, including profiling.
- Provide you with the information you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, where technically feasible, ask us to transmit it to another operator.
- Withdraw any consent you have given us.
