Food isimportant for development, growth, performance, and well-being, and we takethis responsibility seriously. Every day throughout the week, we servenutritious and balanced meals developed in collaboration with nutritionistsfrom Olympiatoppen, all tailored for young elite athletes in a phase of growth.

Meals at Rygjatun

Head of kitchen Tone and her team take great pride in making Rygjatun feel like home. It is therefore not unusual for the smell of freshly baked goods to drift through the campus and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With us, everyone should feel welcome, safe, and well fed.

Breakfast: 06:30 – 08:00
Lunch: 11:30 – 12:00
Afternoon meal: from 14:00
Evening meal: 18:30 – 19:30

Saturday
Breakfast: arranged by the students
Lunch: 15:00 – 15:30
Dinner: 18:30 – 19:30

Sunday
Breakfast: arranged by the students
Dinner: 15:00 – 15:30
Evening meal: 18:30 – 19:30

Students are always welcome to prepare a packed lunch during breakfast. Visiting guests are also welcome to join our meals. For larger groups, we arrange meal times that fit the planned programme.
